It was great the team made me feels made and secure and helped me along the journey I had everything I needed and I enjoyed my stay. The team are second to none and I would highly recommend them.

Minor food mix up that was resolved easily enough
Some concern that call button wasn’t responded to after 3 presses over 10 mins or so
Discharge docs could have been quicker - experience was it took about 20 mins
But otherwise all excellent
